*CANCELLED * Samaritans Carol Service

With regret, the Samaritans Carol Service tomorrow evening has been cancelled due to concerns about the weather and particularly the current state of the car parks.
The service of Lessons and Carols by Candlelight on Sunday 17th December at 6pm is still going ahead.

There are still spaces at the Christmas Day Lunch at St Thomas’ again for anyone who may be on their own.

If you would like to attend the lunch, please contact Mrs Iona Thomas on 01745 813256. A £5.00 deposit is required and this will be returned to you after the meal. Transportation can also be arranged – please let us know about this at the time of booking.

Lessons and Carols by Candlelight 2017

Sunday 17th December 2017 – 6pm
Join us at St Thomas’s Church – Denbigh for the annual Lessons and Carols Service by Candlelight. This is a beautiful Christmas service where familiar carols are sung and the Christmas story is told, and all by Candlelight.
 
This service will be followed by a Candlelit Supper in support of Christian Aid.
 
All are welcome – no dress code – no tickets required; just come as you are and celebrate Christmas with us at St Thomas’s Church.

157 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child!

  

We did it! An amazing 157 shoeboxes will be on their way to the collection centre tomorrow for onward travel to children all over the world as part of Operation Christmas Child UK. Special thanks to members and friends of St Thomas’s Church – Denbigh for their donations and efforts, Ysgol Y Parc for filling an outstanding 51 shoeboxes and Trefnant Chapel for their contributions.

This was a team effort and children, less fortunate than ours and all over world, regardless of their beliefs or backgrounds will receive the gift of a shoebox with no strings attached.

Thank you to each and everyone who supported us again.

Shoebox Sunday Tomorrow!

Tomorrow is Shoebox Sunday as we pack all our shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child UK! The gifts are all set out, the boxes are ready to be filled. Please pray 🙏🏼 for each box as it travels across the world 🌍 and more so the child who will receive it.
